Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days for in-stock items (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Personalized or items not in stock may take additional time to be crafted (2-3 weeks), please contact us for an exact timeframe.

In case of high order volumes or unexpected delays, shipments may take slightly longer. We will notify you if there are any significant delays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:
• Domestic (within Greece): 1–3 business days
• European Union: 3–7 business days
• International: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier service.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, including your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
For orders shipped outside the European Union, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are applied once the shipment reaches your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
