How do I place a custom or bespoke order?
Get in touch via the contact form above, email, or WhatsApp. Tell us about the piece you have in mind: the fur type, size, colour, and any specific requirements. We will guide you through the process. Bespoke orders typically take 4 to 8 weeks.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide on every order. All shipments are fully insured and tracked. Delivery typically takes 3 to 10 business days depending on your location.
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, undamaged items in their original condition and packaging. Custom and bespoke orders are non-returnable. Please contact us to initiate a return.
How should I care for my fur coat?
Store your fur coat in a cool, dark, well-ventilated space. Never keep it in a plastic bag. Avoid direct heat and prolonged sunlight. Shake gently after wearing and air out naturally. For deep cleaning or summer storage, use a specialist fur care service.
Are your fur and leather products authentic?
Yes, every piece in the FF Collection is made from 100% authentic natural fur (mink, sable, fox, rabbit) and full-grain leather. We take pride in the quality and provenance of every material we use.
What are your payment options?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods available at checkout. For bespoke orders, a deposit may be required upfront.
